Stop Sanctuary Cities

The situation at our border has reached alarming levels, with over 100,000 border encounters recorded in San Diego alone over the past five months.

This surge is not simply a matter of numbers; it is a glaring symptom of a Federal system failing to enforce the laws designed to safeguard our nation's borders.

Background checks on those entering the country are minimal and not done for the country of origin. This comes on the heels of the awful story out of Georgia, where an illegal immigrant murdered a student at the University of Georgia.

We must protect our County. Sign the petition and let's end the sanctuary city status.

    I think you could benefit from a little tech support, maybe someone to modernize the site a bit and make your links more easily reachable and shareable. Shouldn’t be too costly.
  • I don’t approve my tax dollars being spent on illegals. They are illegals NOT migrants. call it for what it is. I don’t want California to remain a sanctuary state. I want this to stop and all of the illegals get deported. We can’t even help the homeless citizens here and feed the poor citizens but them Dems got money for wars and illegals. We need to fix this country that is backwards. I work hard daily and don’t want my tax dollars spent this way.

  • It was a bad reactionary, virtue statement to begin with. Sanctuary status means more than we’re not going to rat out the illegal alien. It means when the illegal alien is a bad guy or associated with other bad guys , law enforcement is not allowed to contact any federal agencies to help. So they get sent to prison or cut loose. Either way they end up on our streets, in our neighborhoods. It must be reversed.
